Advocacy program for those involved in the Juvenile/Adult Criminal Justice System providing counseling, legal assistance and referral services.

The Pre and Post Institutional Project (PIP) supports young people at risk of, or returning to their home community  from, placement or incarceration. Services include case-management, supportive and preventive counseling, vocational and educational assistance and concrete services.
